To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and we’ll automatically refund you any shipping charges applied to the return. You should see the shipping refund within 7 days of receiving your product refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed based upon the original payment method.

Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 58 euros. For orders under 58 euros, a flat rate of 7 euros will be charged for shipping.
